Thermal Actuators
A thermal mechanical device that generates linear motion by thermal expansion. These mechanical devices can be set to expand at any temperature between 30F - 300 F, and have a linear motion range of .010" to .500" with various lift forces.

Our actuators size ranges from actuators as small as a grain of rice to large fist sized heavy duty units capable of lifting thousands of pounds. Regardless of the size, these fast acting, precise thermal actuators produce high forces and long travel distances, enabling the effective control of your system.
Our custom blend of expansion material gives us an edge over our competitor's standard operating temperatures. We offer the largest temperature range available allowing our customers to choose any temperature and range from 30F to 300F.
